MICHAEL I. RUXIN is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and founder of
both Global Med Technologies, Inc. and PeopleMed.com, Inc. Dr. Ruxin
conceives, develops and implements merger strategies and business models
for organizations involved in e-health software applications. Global
Med's division, Wyndgate Technologies, manages more than 3.3 million
units of blood, or over 22% of the US blood supply, each year.
PeopleMed's software provides early intervention into chronic disease
management as an Application Service Provider for health plans and at-
risk entities. Dr. Ruxin is a Medical Review Officer who has served as
an expert witness in numerous judicial actions and hearings for branches
of the federal government and business. Dr. Ruxin earned a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor
of Medicine degree from the University of Southern California School of
