MICHAEL PELLEGRINO has been President, Chief Operating Officer
and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Digital
Descriptor Systems, Inc., since January 25, 2002. Mr. Pellegrino
joined Digital Descriptor in 1995. For 11 years prior (from 1984
to 1995), Mr. Pellegrino was Vice President and CFO of Software
Shop Systems, Inc. From 1979 to 1984, he was a regional
controller for Capital Cities/ABS, and for seven years earlier
(1972-1979) as Regional Director for ADP. Mr. Pellegrino has a
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from MSU and a Master's in
Finance from Rutgers University, after which he worked at Touche
