Michael Lowther – American National Financial Inc (anfi)

MICHAEL C. LOWTHER, Chairman and CEO of American National Finanacial, Inc. began his career in the title industry with Security Title Insurance Co. in 1964 (now Chicago Title Insurance). In 1967 he joined California Land Title Company (now Continental Lawyers Title Company) and remained there until 1980 when he left to co-found World Title Company. He became Chairman and CEO in 1983 and remained in that position until 1995. In 1995, Mr. Lowther joined American Title Company as CEO and in March 2000 became Chairman. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of American National Financial, Inc., as well as American Title Company. He is a member of the American Land Title Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the California Land Title Association. Profile
CARL A. STRUNK joined American National Financial, Inc., as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 1998 and was elected a Director in 1999. Mr. Strunk is Executive Vice President, Finance of CKE Restaurants, Inc., and was its Chief Financial Officer from February 1997 through April 2001. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., from March 1992 to September 1997, and thereafter served as Executive Vice President, Finance, until March 1998. Mr. Strunk is also a member of the Board of Directors of Micro General Corporation. Mr. Strunk is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Profile
