Michael J. Schroeder CFP, Senior Vice President, Principal, is the Chief
Investment Officer of Wasmer Schroeder & Co., Inc. He is responsible for
implementation of investment strategies, portfolio design and
management, research and trading. He has eighteen years of experience
in various areas of the investment business, including investment
banking and institutional sales and trading with Miller & Schroeder
Financial, Inc. from 1979-1989. Prior to joining Wasmer Schroeder &
Co., Inc. in February 1991, he was Vice President of the Investment
Services Division, USF & G Asset Management. He is a member of the
Naples Chapter of Financial Analysts Society, The Estate Planning
Council of Naples and Member of the Institute of Certified Financial
Planners. Mr. Schroeder holds a B.S. in Business from the Carlson
School of Management, University of Minnesota and is a licensed
