MICHAEL DINKINS is the Chairman & CEO of Access Worldwide
Communications, Inc., a leading pharmaceutical marketing company with
1,300+ associates in seven offices nationwide. Mr. Dinkins joined Access
Worldwide in 1997 as Senior Vice President, Finance & Human Resources
and Chief Financial Officer. He was instrumental in the company's
initial public offering in 1998 and oversaw the acquisitions of three
companies for Access Worldwide. Mr. Dinkins was elevated to the position
of President and Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board of
Directors in July 1999. Mr. Dinkins has an extensive management and
financial background. Formerly, he was President of Cadmus
Communications' Graphics Communications Group. Before his time at
Cadmus, Mr. Dinkins had a 17 year tenure at the General Electric Company
where he held numerous senior financial positions in several divisions,
including GE Capital. Mr. Dinkins obtained Certified Public Accountant
and Certified Management Accountant accreditations and taught several
courses in GE's Financial Management Program. In addition to serving on
