MICHAEL CHANG is President, Chief Executive Officer and co-
Founder of Verplex Systems, Inc., and is the key architect of
Verplex products. Mr. Chang was co-founder, CEO, and President of
CheckLogic Systems, which developed and marketed design-for-test
solutions for IC/SOC designs and was acquired by Mentor Graphics'
in 1993. He previously held various positions in companies such
as Zilog' and Cadence' Design Systems, and has extensive
development and management experience in the EDA industry. He
received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from
National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin. Profile
