DR. MERVYN JACOBSON is Executive Chairman, Genetic Technologies Limited,
a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Dr. Jacobson,
a graduate of the University of Melbourne Medical School, is recognized
as a leader in developing new technology-based businesses in the fields
of biotechnology and advanced genetics with special relevance to medical
and veterinarian applications. His medically related and highly
successful ventures include: formation of the Regional Medical Supply
Company, one of Australia's largest importers and distributors of
medical, dental and hospital supplies; Founder of Datalab, a diagnostic
laboratory in Australia; major stockholder and Chairman of Cytomation
Inc., from 1990-2001; Founder and Chairman of GeneType AG, a Swiss-based
genetic research company, in August 2000. GeneType AG was acquired by
Genetic Technologies Limited and Dr. Jacobson was appointed its
Executive Chairman. He is Chairman, CEO and President of XY, Inc., based
in Fort Collins, Colorado, the acclaimed world leader in the research,
development and commercialization of sex-selection techniques for non-
human mammals, including cattle, horses, sheep and pigs and also for
