Matthew Hale – S1 Corporation (sone)

MATTHEW HALE is Chief Financial Officer of S1 Corporation. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in finance and operations to S1's corporate management team. Mr. Hale has proven expertise managing the domestic and international financial operations of technology companies, from startup businesses to large, publicly traded corporations. Prior to joining S1's corporate executive team, he served as CFO of Q UP, where he negotiated S1's acquisition of the company, now known as S1 Community and Regional eFinance Solutions Group. Previously, Mr. Hale held the position of CFO at CCI Triad, where during his tenure the company increased revenues from $45 million to $250 million through organic growth and acquisition. For approximately nine years, Mr. Hale held various senior financial executive roles at Ernst & Young after having, among other things, managed financial operations for a publicly held storage company and computer manufacturer.
