MATTHEW C. DIAMOND, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, founded Alloy
together with James K. Johnson in January 1996, and served as the
Director of Marketing and Planning until January 1999. He has served as
a Director of Alloy since July 1996, was appointed as Chief Executive
Officer in January 1999 and was elected Chairman of the Board in April
1999. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Diamond held a variety of financial and
operations posts at the GE Company, including a two-year business
development assignment in Asia. Mr. Diamond received his MBA from the
Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1996 and his BA in Economics from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991. Profile
