MATTHEW A. COHOAT was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Duke Realty Corporation on January 1, 2004. He was previously
Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, during which time he
oversaw all accounting and financial reporting functions of Duke Realty
Corporation including property services, construction and consolidation
accounting systems and records. He also oversaw internal and external
reporting, treasury, lease administration, job cost maintenance and
procurement and assisted in capital management and analysis of capital
structure. Mr. Cohoat joined Duke in 1990 as Controller for Duke's
managed properties after eight years with Ernst & Young. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University in 1982
and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is past President of Indiana
Evans Scholar Alumni Association, Treasurer of the Board of Directors
for Cathedral High School, President of the Board of Directors of
Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) of Indianapolis, a member of the Board
of Directors of the Goodwill of Indianapolis Foundation, and a coach of
various youth basketball and baseball teams. Profile

our company as a private entity.
