MARVIN HAUSMAN, President and CEO, Prior to becoming President and CEO
of Axonyx, Marvin S. Hausman, MD, was Director of Medco Research, a
pharmaceutical research and development company focused primarily in the
area of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Hausman has also been affiliated
with Bristol-Meyers Squibb and Mead-Johnson. He serves on the board of
directors of several companies and philanthropic organizations and is on
the board of governors of the New York University School of Medicine.
Dr. Hausman has also been a practicing surgeon and a clinical instructor
in Pediatric Urology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California. Dr.
Hausman received his MD from NYU School of Medicine in New Profile
