MARK A. O'NEILL is President and Co-Founder of Verify Systems. He is
responsible for the overall corporate management and strategic direction
of Verify Systems, LLC. Throughout his 25-plus year career, Mr. O'Neill
has developed a broad range of technical and business development
experience concerning all aspects of facility construction, business
development, operations, design, construction and process applications
relating to facilities. Prior to founding Verify Systems in February
2002, Mr. O'Neill was Vice President of ServiceChannel, a worldwide
Internet technology firm providing real time service applications for
facilities and providers. At ServiceChannel, he built a highly
successful enterprise technology management services practice
incorporating facilities operations, security managers and service
providers using Internet technologies. As Director of Facility
Operations for the University of Connecticut and General Manager of
Ogden Allied Government Services Division, Mr. O'Neill oversaw the
construction, operations management, security and life safety for major
institutions, commercial properties and the Federal Government totaling
over 25 million square feet. Mr. O'Neill is a Certified Building
Official (BOCA/ICBO), holds licenses in construction inspector,
plumbing, electrical, HVAC and is a member of multiple trade
