MARK HOPKINSON has been Chairman of the Board of Allied Devices
Corporation since 1981, when he and a partner organized the acquisition
of the company. He served as President of the company from 1981 until
March 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (1969)
and of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (1975).
Prior to acquiring Allied Devices, he was a management consultant,
working on development, organization and financing of emerging growth
companies, both in the United States and in lesser developed countries.
He served as an officer in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1972. Profile
