MARK A. GAVIN is co-President of PC Connection Services
Corporation and Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief
Financial Officer of PC Connection, Inc. He joined PC Connection,
Inc., a leading direct marketer of personal computers and related
accessories, in March 1998. Prior to joining PC Connection, he
held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer at CFX Corporation, a bank holding company in Keene, New
Hampshire. Additionally, Mr. Gavin worked as a Manager for Ernst
& Young, LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Bryant College and is a licensed Certified
