LUKE M. BESHAR is Chief Financial Officer of Dendrite, which enables
pharmaceutical companies to optimize their sales and marketing channels
and clinical resources. Prior to joining the company in 2002, he served
as Executive Vice President ' Finance and CFO of Expanets, Inc, during
which time the company grew from inception to over $1 billion in revenue
in four years and provided advanced voice and data communications
solutions to businesses across the United States. Prior to joining
Expanets, Mr. Beshar served as Senior Vice President and CFO at PNY
Technologies, Inc. Earlier, he served as President, CEO, and CFO of WSR
Corporation. He also served as Vice President and CFO of the Genlyte
Group, Inc. Mr. Beshar is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate
of The Executive Program from the Darden Graduate School of Business,
University of Virginia. He received a BA in Accounting from Michigan
State University. Dendrite is the worldwide leader in sales force and
