LORENZO J. FERTITTA is the President, a principal stockholder and
a member of the Board of Directors of Station Casinos, Inc.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, Station Casinos, Inc., owns
and operates Palace Station Hotel & Casino; Boulder Station Hotel
& Casino; Texas Station Gambling Hall & Hotel; Sunset Station
Hotel & Casino; Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino; Green Valley
Ranch Station Casino; The Fiesta Casino Hotel; The Reserve Hotel
& Casino; The Wild Wild West Gambling Hall & Hotel; and Barley's
Casino. Each is located in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada,
metropolitan area. Mr. Fertitta is also the Chief Executive
Officer and a principal owner of Zuffa, LLC, the company that
owns and operates the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the United
States' premier promoter of mixed martial arts events. Prior to
being named President of Station Casinos, Inc., in June 2000, Mr.
Fertitta served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Fertitta Enterprises, Inc., a private investment firm that owns
and manages securities, real estate and other business ventures.
From 1995 until June 2000, he also served as Chief Executive
Officer of Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, Inc. Prior to founding
Fertitta Enterprises, Mr. Fertitta earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from the University of San Diego and a
Master's degree in Business Administration from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University. From November
1996 until June 2000, Mr. Fertitta was also a member of the
