LONNIE M. FEDRICK is co-Founder, President and CEO of Newmark Homes
Corp., one of the nation's leading home builders. Established in 1983,
Newmark designs, builds and sells single-family homes in seven major
markets within the Southwest and Southeast United States. Newmark also
offers custom homes under the Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes name. Fedrick
has more than three decades of experience in the home-building industry.
He has been profiled in local and national publications, has served as a
Director of the Greater Houston Builders Association, and has made
numerous presentations at the request of Builder magazine and the
National Association of Home Builders and Professional Builder magazine.
Newmark has won more than 500 national, regional and local awards for
energy efficiency, design, construction, sales and marketing, including
the U.S. Department of Energy's Gold and Silver EnergyValue Housing
Awards, presented in conjunction with National Renewable Energy
Laboratory, the National Association of Home Builders and Professional
Builder. Mr. Fedrick received the 1996 Professional Achievement Award
for Innovations in Marketing Technology from Professional Builder for
Newmark's pioneering use of new technology to sell and market homes. Profile
