LISA CASH, president and CEO of Princeton Softech, brings more than 15
years of experience in executive and sales management. Lisa directs
Princeton Softech's global operations including Business Development,
Sales, Marketing, Finance, Research and Development, and Services. Since
named CEO in March 2000, Lisa's vision and leadership helped position
Princeton Softech as the pioneer and leader in the category of active
archiving. Lisa's major achievement since taking over as CEO was the
successful negotiation of a $21 million financing deal with Apax
Partners, Inc, and co-investor LLR Partners, Inc. This transaction is a
powerful endorsement of Princeton Softech's business and of the active
archiving category as a whole, especially given the economic climate and
highly selective venture community. An expert in a variety of
industries, Lisa frequently speaks at both regional and national
conferences such as Network Storage 2002, Woman in Technology
International and the New Jersey Technology Council. In July 2003, Lisa
was named Ernst & Young's Greater Philadelphia Entrepreneur of the Year.
Her past credits also include being selected as one of the winners of
Business News New Jersey's '40 under 40.' Princeton Softech was honored
as one of the winners in DM Review's 2002 World Class Solution Awards.
Cash is a member of the Global Young President's Organization and is an
active member of the National Association for Female Executives, Eastern
Technology Council, and New Jersey Technology Council. She graduated
Magna Cum Laude from Penn State University, with a B.S. in Accounting
and she currently resides in Pennsylvania. Profile
