Les Crudele – Banderacom Inc

LES CRUDELE, Chief Executive Officer of Banderacom, Inc., joined the company as CEO effective, November 15, 2000. Mr. Crudele served on the Board of Directors of Quantum Effect Devices (QED), a fabless semiconductor company focused on high-performance MIPS-embedded microprocessors for the networking industry. He helped to oversee QED's management operations and played a key role in all aspects of the company's corporate strategy. Prior to QED, Mr. Crudele served as Vice President and General Manager of the Workstation Division, Enterprise Computing Group, at Compaq Computer in Houston, Texas. Under Mr. Crudele's leadership the workstation business grew from $40 million to over $400 million in revenue and went from a point product to a full line of workstations. Mr. Crudele also held several positions at Motorola, Inc., in the Semiconductor Product Sector and in the Communications Division: Vice President and General Manager of the RISC Division that developed the PowerPC processors; Assistant General Manager of the High End Computing Division for MC68000 and MC88000; and Chief Architect for 68008, 68010 and 68020 products.
