KIRBY ZHAO is Chief US Representative of China XD Plastics Company Limited. Mr.
Zhao joined China XD Plastics in 2008. He is responsible for overseeing the
company's operation in the US, including market development, business planning,
as well as investor relations. Prior to joining China XD Plastics, Mr. Zhao
served in the investment banking department for Etech Securities, Inc. from
2006. He worked for Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. investment banking department
from December 1999. Mr. Zhao graduated from Northern Illinois University with a
Master's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He received his
Bachelor's degree in Investment Economics from Jilin University, China. Profile
