DR. KIM TAN is CEO of KS Biomedix Holdings plc. His management
experience; Guildhay Antisera Ltd (co-founder, CEO), manufacturer of
diagnostic reagents and kits; KS Biomedix Holdings Plc, (founder, CEO),
development stage biopharmaceutical company with two drugs for arthritis
(Phase II) and platform technology in sheep monoclonal antibodies;
AsiaPrise Sdn Bhd, (Chairman; co-founder), management of Nilai Cancer
Institute, the first private specialist oncology treatment and research
center in Malaysia; OFL European Venture Fund (Special Limited Partner),
venture fund to invest in European biotech companies. Dr. Tan education:
BSc (HONS) Medical Biochemistry; Ph.D. (Science Research Council).
Academic Achievements: Over 40 scientific publications; supervisor to 4
Ph.D. and Mphil students. Patents: Humanised Antibodies: Super-high
affinity sheep monoclonal antibodies; treatment of Autoimmune Diseases.
Dr. Tan is Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. Dr. Tan is the first
Malaysian to list company on AIM, London; First Malaysian to list
biotech company on the London Stock Exchange; university Christian
Student Leader. His sports achievements include: British University
Badminton Champions 1975; Malaysian County Under - 15 Badminton
Champions; Malaysian County Under - 15 Volleyball Team; School Football

our activities it would be 'drug development through
