KEVIN LARACEY, President and CEO of edocs, Inc., co-founded the
company in 1997 and oversees strategic direction and manages its
day-to-day operations. Prior to edocs, Mr. Laracey was Vice
President of Marketing at Elixir Technologies Corporation, a
developer of electronic document production software. At Elixir,
Mr. Laracey played a key role in developing product strategy and
forged technology and marketing alliances with firms such as
Inso, Verity, Adobe, Xerox, IBM and Oc. Prior to Elixir, Mr.
Laracey worked as an analyst at the Travelers Company where he
designed and implemented one of the first electronic publishing
solutions linking desktop publishing software to production speed
laser printers. Mr. Laracey holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance
from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a BA in Computer
Applications and American Studies from the University of Notre
