KEN DALY, Director of Financial Planning at KeySpan Corporation,
joined KeySpan as a Management Trainee in 1988 and has worked in
numerous management positions in the customer, human resources
and financial areas of the company. He has been the Director of
KeySpan's Investor Relations program for the past four years and
was named Director of Financial Planning on November 1, 2002,
with responsibility for the financial forecasting and corporate
budgeting functions. Mr. Daly is also an adjunct professor at St.
Francis College, teaching human resource, business and finance
courses. He graduated from St. Francis College with a BA in
English in 1988. He also has an MS in Human Resource Management
from Polytechnic University and an MBA in Finance from St. John's
University. He also received the distinguished Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) designation this past summer. He is the
sponsor of the St. John's University Executive-in-Residence
Program and is a member of the St. Francis College Council of
