JOSEPH J. PORFELI is currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of TechRx Incorporated, the leading provider of state-of-the-art
prescription fulfillment software solutions. Most recently, Mr. Porfeli
has served as Chairman, President and CEO of REVIVE Technologies
Incorporated, a company engaged in the automatic conversion of legacy
software and databases to newer operating environments. Prior to joining
REVIVE, Mr. Porfeli was Chairman, President and CEO of EIS
International, a worldwide leader in software, systems and services for
the call center industry. With more than 30 years of experience in
computer software, systems, data networking and telecommunications, Mr.
Porfeli previously held senior level management positions at Centex
Telemanagement, US Sprint Data Systems, GTE Telenet Communications,
CompuServe and ComShare. In June 1993, Ernst & Young and Inc. magazine
named Mr. Porfeli Southern New England Entrepreneur of the Year, High
Technology Category. Mr. Porfeli holds a BS degree in Business
