JOHN J. MALONE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Indusmin
Energy Corporation. Prior to joining Indusmin, Mr. Malone served as a
Director of Tatex, an oil and gas production company based in Tatarstan,
Russia, and owned by Ocean Energy, Inc. He was responsible for managing
all IAS/GAAP and Russian financial operations as well as for managing
the drilling and workover programs, which included all day-to-day
operations. Prior to his tenure at Ocean Energy Inc., Mr. Malone was
Senior Vice President of Magma/EuroSov, an oil and gas production
company located in the Siberian Basin of Russia, owned by London-based
EuroSov Petroleum Plc. He also served as Vice President of Commercial
Operations for a high-tech startup telecommunications company owned by
Boston-based International Business Communications, Inc., with
operations in the US, Europe, Russia and Central Asia. He has a graduate
degree from the University of Michigan, and received his BS from Central
