JOHN W. LARMER II is President of SOZA & Company, Ltd. He has more than
35 years of domestic and international experience in accounting;
management information systems design, development, and operations; and
senior-level consulting within both the government and private sectors.
Mr. Larmer, as SOZA's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer,
directed SOZA's growth over the last 10 years, during which time SOZA
revenue increased 10,000%. Mr. Larmer is a Certified Data Processor and
a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to his role as SOZA
President, he has held senior positions within the Washington Chapter of
the Data Processing Management Association. He was the Accounting
Chairman for the International Business Exposition and Conference, and
is a former Board member of Compudemics, Inc.; Data Preparation, Inc.;
and Autotax, Inc. Mr. Larmer also served as an Instructor of Programming
methods for Strayer College in Washington, DC. Mr. Larmer has lectured
on numerous topics, most notably, the use of computers in management
decisions related to tax liabilities, highway safety programs and
