JOHN H. FISHER, has served as Director since 1980 and as Chairman of the
Board of Saucony, Inc. since 1991. Mr. Fisher has served as Chief
Executive Officer since 1991 and as President since 1985. Mr. Fisher
served as Chief Operating Officer from 1985 to 1991, Executive Vice
President from 1981 to 1985 and as Vice President, Sales from 1979 to
1981. He is a member of the World Federation of Sporting Goods
Industries, is the former Chairman of the Athletic Footwear Council of
the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association and is a member of various
