WESLEY WINNEKINS is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Health
Fitness Corporation. Prior to joining the company, he served as CFO of
University.com, Inc., a privately held provider of online learning
solutions for corporations. He also served as CFO and Vice President of
Operations for Reality Interactive, a publicly held developer of CD-ROMs
and online training for the corporate market. At these companies, he was
responsible for the development of business plans, raising expansion
capital, budget development and shareholder relations. During the late
1980s and early 1990s, Mr. Winnekins served in a number of key
management positions in the health and fitness industry. He was
Controller for the Greenwood Athletic Club, a premier, 100,000 plus
square foot, multi-purpose health and fitness facility based in Denver,
Colorado. In the early 1990s, he served as Controller and Director of
Operations for The Marsh, a 100,000 plus square foot health club and
full-service spa based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He obtained his
Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Iowa State
University. He financed his education through a full athletic
scholarship at Iowa State, where he played football. Profile
JERRY NOYCE, President and CEO of Health Fitness Corporation, is a
nationally recognized health and fitness club executive. He joined the
company as President and CEO in November 2000. Previously he held
several key management positions with the Northwest Racquet, Swim &
Health Clubs, including Executive Vice President. When The Wellbridge
Company purchased Northwest in 1997, Mr. Noyce continued as Regional
Manager for the Northwest Athletic Club and the Flagship Athletic Club.
While at Northwest, he also spent 15 years as the University of
Minnesota men's tennis coach. During his tenure, the team won three Big
Ten conference titles. He was honored as National Tennis Coach of the
Year in Division I men's tennis in 1986. A graduate of University of
Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, Mr. Noyce is well known for
his leadership in community service and in national tennis circles. He
served as Commodore of the 2000 Minneapolis Aquatennial Celebration, the
city's famed 10-day festival. He also serves on the National Board of
Directors of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association and is Vice
President of the United States Tennis Association-Northern Section. Profile
