JEFFREY TANGNEY, ePocrates' co-Founder and Vice President of Business
Development and Strategic Alliances, has over six years of healthcare
experience. Prior to ePocrates, Mr. Tangney was a manager at the
consulting firm ZS Associates. At ZS, he provided marketing strategy
advice to a number of major pharmaceutical clients and led ZS' strategic
alliance practice by assisting in negotiations for some of the largest
co-marketing deals in pharmaceutical history. Mr. Tangney also worked
for Goldman Sachs as a Healthcare Investment Banker and at biotech
start-up Pangene Corporation as a Director of Business Development. He
graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in
Economics and earned an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School

Before co-founding ePocrates, RICHARD FIEDOTIN, MD, Vice President of
Marketing and Business Development, was a Senior Product Consultant at
HBO & Co., where he provided development and sales support services for
one of the industry's leading electronic medical records. Dr. Fiedotin
also founded American Medical Forms, where he designed a miniaturized
patient record which was licensed to Merck, Pfizer, and Warner-Lambert.
He received a BA Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, an
MD from Cornell University, and an MBA from Stanford University's
