Jeffrey J. Goodman – Dexpo.com Inc

JEFFREY J. GOODMAN has broad experience in dental manufacturing and distribution. In this regard, Mr. Goodman served as President of ESPE America, Inc., the $50+ million consumable dental products and small dental device subsidiary of a multinational manufacturing company. He was recruited by ESPE and led a restructuring which included the replacement of 50% of the outside sales force and 30% of the internal staff in an effort to bring US marketing and sales in-house. Prior to joining ESPE, he served as the Director of Marketing and Purchasing for Benco Dental Co., a $125+ million dollar, regional dental products distributor. At Benco, Mr. Goodman restructured the Marketing department and negotiated a first-time exclusive partnership with a major direct seller. Mr. Goodman has also consulted in marketing and sales for numerous dental companies, including Orascoptic Research, Inc., and Pharmascience, Inc. In addition, he has written articles for the dental journals, Proofs and Dental Economics. Mr. Goodman is a member of the American Dental Trade Association (ADTA) and the Dental Manufacturers of America, Inc. (DMA). Mr. Goodman will be a featured panelist on the topic of Internet Commerce at February 2000 Chicago dental conference sponsored by the DMA. In addition to his experience in the dental marketplace, Mr. Goodman has engaged in various entrepreneurial pursuits, including the creation of a distribution oriented software company. He received a BA in Accounting and Economics from Muhlenberg College in 1977 and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University in 1981. Profile
