JAMES WILLIAM HANSEN is Chairman and CEO of VideoLabs, Inc., a publicly
traded manufacturer of image capture devices. He currently holds several
other positions as President and CEO, Prevention First (1997-present)
and Co-Founder and Director, UBIQ, Inc. (1995-present).Prior to joining
VideoLabs, his career encompassed many different capacities, among
them: President and Director of Rehab One (1993-1996); Chairman and
Director, Prostheticare Fort Worth And Baton Rouge (1996); Vice
President, CDI Management (1992-1993);Senior Vice President and General
Manager, Reliastar Financial (1987-1992); Vice President, Apache
Corporation (1983-1987); Management Consultant, BCG (1981-1983); Teacher
of Physics, Biology and Chemistry (1978-1981); Developer of corporate
training programs (1978-1981). His professional affiliations include the
Chairmanship of Audit and Compensation Committees at Medtox (1996-
present) and Director, Freshwater Foundation (1996-present) as well as
membership in the Young Presidents Organization. A native of St. Paul,
Minnesota, Mr. Hansen holds a B.S. degree in Physics and a B.A. degree
in Physiology, both from the University of Minnesota in addition to an
M.B.A degree in Finance from the College of St. Thomas. Profile
