James Lonergan – Thestreet.com Inc (tscm)

JAMES LONERGAN, Chief Operating Officer of TheStreet.com, Inc., brings to the company more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry. In his most recent appointment as Chief Operating Officer at Worldly Information Network, he oversaw the company's daily operations and was responsible for the structuring of the Worldly Information division, including its more than 70 employees and offices in New York and San Francisco. Prior to joining Worldly Information Network, Mr. Lonergan served as Executive Vice President-Chief Operating Officer of an $80 million business unit within Thomson Financial. Additionally, he worked extensively in the investment management community in the investment-decision process and in senior sales, product and marketing roles at Alliance Capital Management and SunAmerica Asset Management. Mr. Lonergan graduated with an MBA from Fordham University and an undergraduate degree from Villanova University. STEVE MILLER, Senior Vice President of TheStreet.com, Inc.. Previously, he was most recently President of TradingMarkets.com, a Los Angeles-based subscription site for active traders. Prior to TradingMarkets, Mr. Miller was with Data Broadcasting Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support for DBC's Internet- delivered institutional products. In 1999, he co-founded Lionshares.com, an Internet-based global search engine for financial securities ownership. Lionshares was sold to Worldly Investor Network in 2000. From 1989-1997, Mr. Miller was a Founding Partner and Director of Business Development for Capital Access Corporation. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Colgate University in 1981. Profile
