JAMES D. FOY is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Concerto
Software_, Inc. He joined the company in September 2001 and is
responsible for achieving its bold mission to become the dominant global
supplier of customer interaction management solutions, which provide
businesses with a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining
valuable customers. Mr. Foy brings to Concerto more than 30 years of
software industry experience, including executive roles at leading
enterprise software companies. He was previously the President of
Informix Software, a global enterprise software company, with over $750
million in revenue. Mr. Foy also served as Executive Vice President of
Engineering at Ardent Software, the Founder, President and CEO of
Constellation Software, and a Director of Research and Development at
