JACQUES LANDREVILLE has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Uni-Select Inc. since 1991. Prior to that he was President of the Pastry
and Confectionary Group of Culinar Inc., Managing Director of the
Interbake Foods division of Culinar Inc. and General Manager of
Taillefer Foods Enr. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Landreville was Executive
Vice President and General Manager of A. Lassonde & Sons, a subsidiary
of Lassonde Industries Inc. From 1977 to 1985 he held several positions
with Humpty Dumpty Foods Ltd. in Montreal and Lachine, Quebec. Mr.
Landreville was Director of the MBA program at Sherbrooke University
from 1975 to 1977 and was a Professor of Finance at the University of
Quebec at Chicoutimi from 1973 to 1974. He is a member of the Board of
Directors of Uni-Select Inc., ADF Group, Livingston International,

Mr. Landreville: Our company is basically a warehouse distributor
organization that deals with independent jobbers that in turn
