HOLGER LAMPATZ is the Chairman of the Board of MAXDATA AG, Marl. He is
the founder and was the Managing Director of MAXDATA Computer GmbH,
Marl. He was also the founder and Managing Director of Lampatz & Platte
GmbH, a system house for personal computers. Prior to that he was the
Founder and Managing Director of GiT Gesellschaft fur innovative EDP
