HERBERT L. FISCHER is President, CEO and founder of Logitek, Inc. Early
in his career Mr. Fischer had been employed as an electronics engineer
through project manager and chief engineer at various companies
including Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corp., Loral Electronics Corp.
and Ferranti Electronics, Inc. He founded Logitek in June of 1961 for
the purpose of exploiting his management and engineering abilities in
the field of sophisticated electronic timing devices. His current
operating interests are in financial and operations management and new
product development. Mr. Fischer was born in 1934 in Brooklyn, New York.
His educational background includes: US Naval Class 'A' Electronics
School and Queens College, New York. He holds a patent for a Long Term
Magnetostrictive Timing Device. Mr. Fischer is married and has four
