HENRY KAPLAN is Chief Executive Officer of NewKidCo International Inc.
He served as President and COO of Philips Media Software/North America.
Mr. Kaplan was a former Founder and Chairman of Hi Tech Entertainment
(formerly Hi Tech Expressions), an interactive multimedia entertainment
company, where he oversaw product development, marketing and licensing.
Mr. Kaplan was also an Executive Vice President of CBS Software where he
was responsible for product development, marketing and sales of CBS'
