Henry E. Gemino – Profile Technologies Inc (prtk)

HENRY E. GEMINO co-founded Profile Technologies in 1988. Today he serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gemino's twenty year senior management background has been in a broad range of industries. His areas of expertise encompass investment banking, money management, venture capital and operations administration. Prior to Profile Technologies, Mr. Gemino served as a Vice President with Oppenheimer Co., Drexel Burnham and Bear Stearns. He also served as President of H. Edmund Associates, a privately held, financial services firm. In the past ten years with Profile Technologies, Mr. Gemino successfully raised the required seed and working capital for the initial research and development phase of the technology, as well as conducted the search for and recruiting of the organization's Board of Directors. Additionally, he oversaw all phases of the company's initial public offering which was completed in February of 1997. G.L. SCOTT is Co-Chairman and CEO of Profile Technologies. He has served as Chairman of the company since 1988 and became CEO in 1996. Mr. Scott, an oil industry geophysicist, has, for the last thirty years, been in senior management positions within the industry. In the mid 1960s, he was then associated with Sinclair Oil Company, and was instrumental in locating and mapping two significant oil fields in Prudoe Bay and Kuporuk, Alaska. In 1968, Mr. Scott founded North American Exploration Co., and ten years later facilitated the merger of several oil services companies into NORPAC Exploration Services, a conglomerate whose services for the oil industry included oil exploration, data sales and brokerage tape processing and data storage. As Chairman and CEO of NORPAC, Mr. Scott successfully took the corporation public in 1981, then promoted the sale of the company, which was acquired in 1984 by Petrolane, a subsidiary of Texas Eastern Pipeline Company. During his tenure with Profile Technologies, Mr. Scott's oil industry and corporate experience has been an invaluable asset in the development of the company and its technology. Profile
