H. DEAN CUBLEY is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Eagle Wireless International, Inc., d/b/a Eagle
Broadband. Dr. Cubley began his career in 1965 when he joined NASA as a
Project Engineer. Following a successful 19-year career with NASA
working on the Space Shuttle, Apollo, Gemini and Space Station programs,
Dr. Cubley resigned in 1984 to pursue the founding and development of a
number of high-technology companies. Dr. Cubley is an active member of
the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and is a Registered
Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He has also authored or co-
authored over 50 articles and holds numerous technology patents. He
received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Texas in Austin, Texas, in January 1964; his MS degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, in August
1965; and his PhD in Electro-Magnetics from the University of Houston in
