GREGORY D. CASCIARO, President and Chief Executive Officer of Orquest,
Inc. Prior to joining Orquest, Mr. Casciaro spent four and a half years
with General Surgical Innovations (GSII), most recently as President and
CEO. He spearheaded GSI's growth into a leading presence in the
minimally invasive medical device market and sold the company to Tyco
Inc. (TYC) at the end of 1999. Before GSII, he held various positions at
Devices for Vascular Intervention, Inc. (DVI), a division of Guidant
Corporation (GDT), including Vice President of Sales, during which he
grew annual sales volume to over $70 million. Prior to DVI, Mr. Casciaro
spent eight years with North American Instrument Corporation (NAMIC), a
division of Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX). Mr. Casciaro received a BS
degree in Business Administration at Marquette University. Profile
