including six years in senior management positions with public software
companies. Peters' strong background in operations and financial
management provides Vignette with the skills to lead the company to the
next level in its continued growth. Peters comes to Vignette from
Princeton, New Jersey - based Logic Works, Inc., a client/server
software company with revenues of approximately $80 million, where he
served as President and CEO. Peters is a Certified Public Accountant and
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from
