GREG ERMAN is currently President and CEO of MarketSoft
Corporation, a prominent provider of enterprise marketing
solutions. He raised $70 million in venture capital and built
this software company to help organizations connect marketing
activity with sales results. Previously, he was President and CEO
of Waypoint Software Corporation, which developed eCommerce
applications for business-to-business product catalogs on the
Internet. He founded the company and sold the firm to Open
Market, Inc., a publicly traded leader in Internet commerce, in
1997. His institutional investors earned an annualized 1,278%
return. Prior to founding Waypoint, Mr. Erman served as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for an electronic messaging
software company and spent eight years at Digital Equipment
Corporation in national account sales and senior product
management positions. He holds BSEE and Marketing MBA degrees
with high honors from Rutgers University and serves on several
