Greg Coticchia – Logiclibrary Inc

GREG COTICCHIA is President and Chief Executive Officer of LogicLibrary, Inc. He has over 20 years' experience in high technology products and services and is considered to be one of the best marketing executives in the technology business. He has lead or been a major contributor in two of the largest and most successful software companies in the world, LEGENT (now CA) and AXENT (now Symantec), in addition to participating in seven startups. LogicLibrary is a leader in Web services enablement for enterprise software development. At LogicLibrary, Mr. Coticchia led the market acceptance of its product, Logidex, to major Fortune 1000 clients. He also built major partnerships for the company with Microsoft and IBM, and created the company's services partner alliance with major regional systems integrators. Before LogicLibrary, he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Services and Product Management at Intraware, a leader in information technology asset management (ITAM) and electronic software distribution (ESDM). Mr. Coticchia built a channel sales organization that drove revenues and the eventual sale of the Intraware ITAM business unit to its largest reseller, Computer Associates, in May 2002. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TruSecure, the world's leader in managed security assurance, Mr. Coticchia managed over two-thirds of the companies' personnel and half of its budget. In this role he focused the marketing organization for measurable results including revenue growth of over 50%; he restructured product development and management for the successful release of Rescuer's first software product and subsequent new products; he created the enhanced services team which launched three packages that produced $600,000 plus in their first month of availability; and structured the services and delivery organization for a 93% customer satisfaction ranking while maintaining a 77% gross margin. In addition, he assisted in raising $22 miilion for the company. Prior to Threescore, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for AXENT/Symantec, responsible for both organizations' corporate and enterprise strategy and delivery, with responsibility for marketing communications, product management, and business development. Mr. Coticchia assisted AXENT in growing from $69 million to over $150 million in revenue, until its acquisition by Symantec for almost $1 billion. Prior to joining AXENT, Mr. Coticchia was CEO of Mallet Technology, where he grew the company into one of the largest software and services resellers in the computer aided design and analysis business. While at Mallet, he led the organization through SEC approval to raise capital in one of the industry's first direct public offerings via the Internet. Prior to Mallett, he applied his broad business talents to strengthen the market presence of several high tech companies, including: LEGENT Corporation (now Computer Associates), Nat Systems and Emprise Technologies (where he was a Founder). During his five- year tenure with LEGENT, Mr. Coticchia helped the company grow from $12 million to $220 million in revenue. Mr. Coticchia earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He also completed Carnegie Mellon University's Entrepreneurial Management Program.
