GRAHAM IRVING was a founder of Titan Digital Corporation in 2000 and has
been the President of INSTAR Corporation since 1987. Mr. Irving holds a
BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary (1981), and has
been a member of several boards and panels, including the American
National Standards Organization Optical Disk Committees X3B11 and
