GLENN W. BURGESS, Founder & CEO, founded Burgess Construction
Consultants, Inc. of the building industries most prominent and
respected construction consulting inspection firms in the country.
Currently with over 30 year's experience in the building industry, Glenn
started his career as a construction inspector and homebuilder in
single- and multi-family developments. Beginning as a construction
superintendent, Glenn has served as Construction Manager, Project
Manager, Vice President of Construction, Division President and
President of a national development firm located in 12 states. Glenn has
inspected over 14,000 homes and has personally consulted with over 1,000
home and apartment builders. A consultant with hands-on experience, he
has directed the development and construction of over 4,000 multi-family
units, and has personally built over 300 homes. Glenn Burgess has
written several published articles, co-authored the book "Practical
Building Techniques", and lectured at Universities across the country.
He has also been a guest on numerous radio and television news and talk
shows discussing his expertise in the areas of homebuilding quality and
