GERALD J. WILKINS is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises, Inc., one of the world's
premier restaurant and specialty beverage companies. AFC Enterprises is
the franchisor and operator of Church's Chicken, Popeyes Chicken &
Biscuits, Cinnabon, Seattle's Best Coffee and Torrefazione Italia. Prior
to his current position with AFC, Mr. Wilkins was Vice President of
International Business Planning at KFC International in Louisville,
Kentucky. Mr. Wilkins held several management positions at GE and GE
Capital from 1985 to 1993. He began his career at GE as a Corporate
Finance Analyst and assumed increasing levels of responsibility
including the position of Assistant Treasurer at GE Capital. Mr. Wilkins
graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS in 1979. He
received his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business
