George Lombard – Signal Technology Corporation (stco)

ROBERT N. NELSEN has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Signal Technology since August 1998. Prior to joining Signal Mr. Nelsen served as Vice President, Finance of several divisions of Loral Corporation and its successors, Lockheed Martin and L-3 Communications. Prior to that, Mr. Nelsen spent nine years as Vice President, Finance of Miltope Corporation, the largest US producer of militarized and ruggedized computers and peripheral products. GEORGE ELLIOT LOMBARD is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Signal Technology Corporation. Signal Technology designs and produces sophisticated electronic components and systems for a wide variety of defense, space, homeland security and secure communications applications for use in satellites, electronic countermeasures, intelligence and surveillance, radar and precision guidance systems. Mr. Lombard has more than 38 years of experience in the aerospace industry, 25 of which were with Lockheed Corporation. His positions with Lockheed included Vice President, Business Development; Vice President, International Marketing; Vice President, ASW and AEW programs; Program Manager, Propulsion Systems; Director, Program Planning and Administration; and Director, Lockheed, Geneva. He has also served in significant management positions with other companies, including Unisys as Vice President of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence Programs, and Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning; and President of L-3 Communications Display Systems (formerly Loral Information Displays).
