GARY L. MONROE has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company
since February, 1996, President since April, 1997 and a Director of the
Company since he joined the Company in September, 1995. In April 1998,
he was elected Chairman of the Board. From September, 1995 to February,
1996, Mr. Monroe served as Executive Vice President of the Company.
