G. DEWITT DREW was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of
Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation in May 2002. Mr. Drew previously
held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Southwest
Georgia Financial Corporation from 2001 and Executive Vice President
from 1999. Prior to becoming a member of SGB management, he was the
Senior Vice President and Loan Administrator of Citizens Bank and
Savings Corporation in Russellville, Alabama, from 1993. Citizens Bank
benefited from exceptional growth during Mr. Drew's tenure, increasing
assets from $132 million to $290 million and growing the loan portfolio
141%. Mr. Drew also served as Vice President and Manager of Credit
Administration with the First Commercial Bank of Birmingham, Alabama,
and was employed with the State of Alabama Banking Department in
Montgomery as a Bank Examiner. Mr. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree with a
major in Accounting from the University of South Alabama. He is a
graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University
and has completed courses in bank supervision and management offered by
the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the FDIC. Profile
