FREDERICK WILLETTS III, (RICK) - Education: New Hanover County Public Schools, attended University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, graduated from Guilford College (B.A.-History) in 1972. Graduate School of Savings and Loan, Indiana University, 1982. Military: U.S. Coast Guard - 1969-1970. Joined Cooperative Bank for Savings (formerly Cooperative Savings and Loan Association) in 1972 as a Management Trainee. Currently serving as President and Director (elected to Board 1976). Professional: Current: Vice-Chairman North Carolina Bankers Association, Thrift Institutions Advisory Council-Federal Reserve Board, Director-America's Community Bankers, Member-Legislative Committee, America's Community Bankers.
